ShareCare is a one-day seminar that teaches techniques to relieve pain and promote relaxation. ShareCare is based upon the therapeutic teachings of Dr. John E. Upledger.
ShareCare explains how proper nutrition and exercise serve as preventative formulas for good health, and combines that with the hands-on instruction in basic CranioSacral Therapy techniques of therapeutic touching.

Tami Goldstein is approved by the National Certification Board for Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork (NCBTMB) as a Continuing Education Approved Provider (Provider #402). She is certified in Upledger CranioSacral Therapy and a Presenter for Upledger Institute International.
